February 22 is Scouts Day commemorating the birth of Robert Baden-Powell, the founder of Boy Scouts, in 1857 and coincidentally also of his wife Olave Baden-Powell in 1889, founder of Girl Scouts.

It is also World Thinking Day. The 2021 World Thinking Day theme is Stand Together for Peace.
ATTENTION TEACHERS: Peacebuilding Teaching Resources are available from the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.
